I have only done 1 session but it felt the same as being in the studio, Grazia corrected me a few times and it was like she was in the same room, so no difference there!!
I haven’t been to yoga for quite a while but after my first session back with Grazia I remembered everything I had learned.
During the period of lockdown and online classes I have been able to increase my yoga practice and attend 2 or 3 classes per week. I have started pranayama classes for the first time and am enjoying this aspect of yoga.
Grazia and Roberto are inspiring and positive teachers with a sharp eye for detail. Their classes are always challenging , true to the teachings of BKS Iyengar and full of joy!
I am so happy that I have been able to attend online yoga classes with Robbie and Grazia. I was both very new to yoga and very old for a beginner when I had the good fortune to find them, almost a year ago now. I really value their patience, kindness, wisdom and outstanding teaching skills. The classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings are a valuable part of my week, a time when I can practice yoga with like-minded students under the very watchful eye of our teacher! During this time of Covid these classes sustain my physical/mental agility and health. Thank you so much.
It has felt so important to be able to continue yoga via the online classes during the pandemic. Your attention to the detail of the poses has continued despite the virtual situation we are in, we are not just going through the motions. I can’t imagine not being able to have the classes in my life, they have felt like a foundation for well being – inside and out. (I attend twice weekly most of the time) Thanks!
Grazia and Robbie are gifted, generous, knowledgeable and committed teachers and l am thrilled that they have adapted to the necessities of online teaching. Online classes have made it possible for me to attend at least weekly (because of their convenience) and l have particularly appreciated the longer workshops. These are demanding but always help me take a significant step in my learning.
Our teachers have an uncanny knack of fitting the class to the students, knowing when we need to restore our energies and when to push us out of our comfort zone.
They are very welcoming and l would encourage everyone to at least try the classes. You might surprise yourself!
The online classes have kept me sane during lockdown! I feel that despite not being in the same room you still give everyone the same individual attention. I am very grateful how you have helped me get through my difficult health period.
Being able to continue practicing yoga during this year has been a crucial part of maintaining my physical and mental balance. It has Also helped strengthen and deepen my commitment to Iyengar yoga. I feel blessed to have Grazia and Roberto as my instructors as their knowledge and attention to detail has not been diluted by the digital interaction and they’ve adapted brilliantly to the difficult challenge of teaching people remotely.
Robbie and Garcia’s classes are fantastic ! Their passion and enthusiasm for yoga will take you on an amazing journey . I have learnt so much since attending their virtual classes during lockdown . The focus on Correct alignment and breath awareness has kept me calm and balanced (emotionally physically and spiritually) during the COVID epidemic. Amazing attention to detail and skill at adapting yoga postures to individual needs.
During the Coronavirus period the Online yoga classes has enabled me to continue with my yoga.
It enabled me to discipline myself in continuing to practice in the way I used to for my health, well being, mental health, stay focused, my body mind and soul also to increase my muscle strength and tone
in this current climate I will consider continuing with the online yoga classes with Roberto once the Corona virus is under control. I do feel safe being at home for my health and well being of others. I attend the classes once a week.
I am very grateful to Roberto and Grazia for providing us with this opportunity to practise Iyengar yoga during this Coronavirus pandemic. After being taught by Roberto for over 10years and not being able to afford to continue, I have been able to attend 3 mornings almost every week since discovering you were offering online classes. The difference to not only my physical but also my mental health and wellbeing is undeniable, at a time when I had become quite depressed about the increased disconnection. It has been like returning to a warm welcoming family embrace. Thank you both and also to my fellow foresthill yoga students.
Firstly I appreciate all the effort you guys have made to still provide online classes for everybody. For me it has helped me more mentally than physically, I really do miss my routine of coming to classes 2-3 per week.
I struggle a little at home for discipline but have enjoyed being a part of the group still.
Being a student of yoga for the past 3 yrs has taught me a lot about life and how precious it can be.
This is mainly down to you both and how devoted you are to your practice and teaching skills, and for that I am very grateful for.
Let’s hope this Virus passes on soon so we can all get back to a somewhat normal life.

Brilliant classes, thanks for keeping us going remotely. It is my first time learning Iyengar yoga and it helps me to bring more awareness for my body both mentally and physically. Thank you
I have attended classes twice a week throughout the period of Coronavirus. Grazia and Robbie have been able to maintain their high standards, teaching with commitment even on zoom ( and Robbie’s incredibly patient with people experiencing technical glitches!) Regular classes have really provided me with a structure to my week and I always benefit from the physical discipline and mental calm they help students achieve.They are a very important part of my life!
Like many people I have had my ups and downs during this strange time. I have joined the zoom yoga class 3 or 4 times a week. I often felt I couldn’t be bothered but I did it anyway. It invariably made me feel better, both physically and mentally. Combined with walking my dog everyday in the woods, it has made it bearable.
The online classes are life saver since lockdown. I archived some poses that I couldn’t do before, also I finally managed to do a downdog right. R &G you are both brilliant teachers and I never found a teacher that helps a student archive poses the way you both do. Thanks for your patience with me. Unfortunately since I went back to work my times still a bit crazy.

I was really worried at the start of lockdown that I would not be able to do my yoga which is essential for my posture, but I have attend classes twice as week saving travel time and I feel I have improved during the last 6 months . It is my saviour to have yoga for my health and state of mind . I feel calm as soon as I see and hear Grazia
